Scope & Procedures
Estar Travels offers comprehensive visa services to all individuals, primarily UAE residents, except for Qatar & Azerbaijan nationals, who intend to travel abroad. Our expert visa consultants assist clients in selecting the most suitable visa package, managing all documentation, and submitting applications on their behalf to the respective country's consulate, ensuring timely visa approval. However, Estar Travels shall not be held responsible if a consulate or embassy experiences delays or fails to approve the visa due to reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incomplete application forms
- Errors or omissions of information
- Absence or ambiguity of valid supporting documents
- Failure to book airline tickets
Any expenses incurred by the client due to the aforementioned reasons shall not be the liability of Estar Travels. Upon request, Estar Travels LLC can facilitate airline ticket bookings as part of its visa services. Unless mandated by a consulate, it is advisable to purchase airline tickets and book hotel accommodations only after visa approval. Additionally, clients are advised to consult airlines for transit flight bookings, as transit visa policies vary based on nationality and destination country.
Documentation
Prior to travel, ensure you have obtained all necessary documents required by the issuing authority for smooth entry to your destination. Most countries mandate that your passport be valid for at least six months from your planned departure date. For visa processing, ensure timely submission of your passport and all relevant details. By providing us with essential documents, you agree to comply with all requirements and explicitly authorize Estar Travels LLC to release these documents to you only upon completion of visa procedures by the issuing authority. Embassies typically allocate appointments on a first-come, first-served basis, and appointments may change if all relevant documents are not received. Upon completion of all procedures, Estar Travels LLC exercises diligence in returning all vital documents, including appointment letters, flight vouchers, hotel vouchers, and travel insurance. Acknowledge receipt of these documents via email promptly, as no further changes will be accepted if acknowledgment is not received on the same day. Additional charges may apply for any changes made.
Once you receive your visa, notify us via email immediately of any discrepancies in documentation. Failure to do so shall be deemed as acceptance of the visa in its correct form. Estar Travels LLC accepts no liability for delays resulting from your failure to notify us promptly of any discrepancies. Notify us in advance of any additional requirements or changes to your travel plans. Estar Travels LLC assumes no liability for your inability or failure to comply with such requirements.
Fee & Payment Mode
To avail our visa services, you must pay a processing fee specified by the issuing authority, in addition to all related service charges. Payment can be made via valid credit card, debit card, or online bank transfer, ensuring immediate processing and billing. Please note that processing fees and visa application requisites are subject to change without prior notice.
Processing Time
Visa processing times vary by country. All processing times specified by Estar Travels LLC, including urgent services, are estimates based on our extensive experience with major consulates and embassies. Processing typically begins the day after receiving your visa application and excludes public holidays. Embassy closures, including those for UAE and national holidays, may affect processing times. Estar Travels LLC shall not be held responsible for delayed visa approvals.
Approval and Rejection of Visas
Upon submission of your visa application, all evaluations are conducted by the respective consulate or embassy. Visa approval or denial is solely at the discretion of the issuing authority, and Estar Travels LLC cannot guarantee visa approval.
Policies on Cancellation & Refund
Once your visa file is opened and your application submitted, all payments made to the consulate or embassy are non-refundable, regardless of visa approval. The processing fee is refundable only if you cancel the service before your visa application is forwarded to the issuing authority, entitling you to a partial refund of up to 50% of the fee, excluding administration, service, or banking charges.
Estar Travels LLC shall not be held responsible for any loss or refund in the event of sudden changes in visa policies by the embassy or consulate.
To cancel your visa application, log into your Estar account and select the 'Cancel' or 'Delete' option. Estar Travels LLC shall not reimburse credit card payments older than one month but instead offers a service credit for future visa applications made through Estar Travels LLC only.
